If you are an artist or part of an art group, band, or organization then consider to join us to perform as one of the many art activities during the Arts Run.<\/p>\n<p>Each year the annual arts run attracts hundreds of local and regional participants that come out to be fit and creative at the annual Arts Run and show their support for the arts. Gain additional exposure in the months leading up to and after the race with logo and link placement on the Arts Run website, emails, and social media. Plus race day often features local news media coverage of the event.<\/p>\n<p>Designed to create awareness and exposure to the arts. Participants run or walk through the 5K course (10K participants do 2-laps) they will experience a variety of art activities throughout the course to enjoy. In addition to on-course spaces, we also have a few finish line spaces for interactive art activities for the participants to do once they cross the finish line.<\/p>\n<p>The spaces vary in sizes from small, medium, and large to fit all types of art activities and groups. the best experience possible we find that it is good to plan out your art activity in advance and ensure that you and everyone involved are fully prepared and on schedule for race day. Nothing worse than scrambling last minute and risk not performing at all. This allows time for coordination, design, preparations, and rehearsals to ensure everyone is ready to give their best performance and have a great time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Below are a few recommended tips to help prepare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Visit your reserved space before race day.<\/li>\n<li> If part of a group or band activity, have everyone scout out the location together.<\/li>\n<li> Find the best place to park for the easiest access to your space.<\/li>\n<li> If needed, find out where to unload\/load before parking.<\/li>\n<li> Create a checklist of everything you need to bring to perform.<\/li>\n<li> Using a wagon or cart can be very helpful for transporting equipment.<\/li>\n<li> Coordinate with your group so everyone is on the same schedule to be ready for race day.<\/li>\n<li> Have schedule ready so you are on location and ready to perform by 8:00 AM on race day.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#form\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRESERVE SPACE\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\tRESERVE YOUR SPACE\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We ask that all artists reserve their space(s) as soon as possible to guarantee their place and participation in the event.
